welcome. we are nash and haven, skilled yogis trained in the art of presence. please enjoy while we share with you our practice.
namaste.
these two are unreal. the other day i came out of the kitchen to find them deep in their practice. they had pulled out the mats, put in a yoga DVD and nash was instructing haven. i grabbed the camera and stealthily documented (and somehow they kept going!). if only i had video-haven was grunting during her down dog and they both were doing some impressive belly breathing. man, i love these guys.

holy funny. your kids are characters.
That is absolutely adorable. Love it!
I love it.
This is SO cool! Haven's downward facing dog is so perfect! I've been doing baby yoga with Hazel and my theory is that if I keep this up with her, her flexibility will always be amazing. Right?
that's so funny, i love it. my son does downward-facing dog often - but it's weird because he does it when he's mad and throwing a fit. a friend suggested it may be his way of centering himself in a rough spot? who knows.
Nash is an ideal brother: nurturing, supportive, and able to recognize a teachable moment with Haven. And nicely done capturing and labeling the moments.
when they act like that it makes you want to keep em for a while, huh?! :)
They put me to shame. Not only are they more proactive than me at getting off their butts, they definitely take prettier poses.
thanks for starting my day with a smile!
aww. hahahaha they are way too cute. Maybe they can head the sports and leisure activities at the reunion.
They are naturals! And they make it look so easy too!
this is awesome. i thought for sure you helped them get into their poses. the fact that they got out the dvd and nash took on role of instructor makes it that much better.
cute! James love yoga too- I love hearing "hey mom look at my yoga!"
You have the most adorable kids- it was fun seeing you the last couple days
love Ape

that is so cute! do they watch you do it, or participate with you?
wyatt likes to pick up my hand weights and "exercise" with them.
also, i LOVE the color of your floors. it's exactly what i want mine to be when we finish them.
Your kids are awesome!
cutest post i've ever seen!
Wow I am impressed! Wish you lived closer so you and the little yogis could come to my baby yoga class. So rockin!
I love it! What a great idea to start at such a young age.
