what do you get when you combine 1.) a computer that really wants to sleep. a lot. so much that i'm lucky if it'll even wake up once a day, 2.) four completely full memory cards* from assorted cameras containing documentation of two cute kids and all the super-cool stuff they/i do (?), and 3.) poverty?
*remember, my computer won't wake up, so i can't actually do anything with these pictures! and i can't take any more! unless i were to buy some more memory cards, which is where point 3 comes back to bite me.
you get nothing. that's right, nada. i'm sure you've noticed, but it's been slim pickin's around here. no blogging for me.
so i thought i'd make a quick comment: i am alive. and really, really cold.

10 months
havey girl is 10 months! and pulling up on anything she can. we caught her doing the splits yesterday, and she almost took a dive off the curb and grandma's house today. she's starting to really move-which means she's also starting to get into trouble. she's finally converted to a full crawl, and she looks like a little robot moving her arms and legs in perfect sync. she'll give you a good scrunchy face on demand, and loves to talk and yell. she can even hold her own when nashy boy tries to pick on her (she throws a good punch). she'll eat anything she can get her hands on, including dirt, rocks, and a close call with some mouse poop (sick-good thing mom was paying attention!). she's a content, happy girl and as nash likes to say, "baby yuz you." (literal translation: "baby loves you". but it really means "i love baby.")

true to form, when there's nothing else to post about i post pictures of this sweet girl (who isn't so sweet right now because she's teething and her incessant whining is making me want to pull my hair out):
it was 64 degrees on tuesday. we went to the park for two hours and made new friends. then today it snowed. i'm not happy about it.
