blast off!

we've entered a new frontier: the potty, big boy undies, and lots of toilet talk. wish us luck.

update 11/20: potty training doesn't work so well when mommy is all tied up with snapfish books! we've put the training on hold until after the holiday madness-what was i thinking?!

Congrats of the first poopie in the potty! I hope it goes smoothly for you because potty training is sucks and you are brave to start so early.

wow. i'm sure nash will appreciate his goods displayed for all to see...someday. someday.
g loved his gift-thank you thank you. loved the maracas, ate on the shoes for a while, which is what he'll be doing for a year until his midget feet fit into them, haha, and the shirt is adorable-although lance wanted me to take it off because it looked like a dress. Poor G is so small. looks like he got my genes.
thanks! I am excited that we have cute clothes for early spring (hopefully...)-i love it.wish you were here. or us there. etc. although i'm glad nash won't be having an accident on our carpet. i'm kidding-he'll be great. good luck.

Good luck with that! I've been thinking about starting with Hadley, but I just haven't dared yet!

I wish you better success than what I currently am having of not peeing my pants!

Good Luck!! It's so nice when they can go to the bathroom by themselves. I would say start with a normal toilet from the start.

Nash is getting so big!! I heard that putting cherrios in the toilet and having them try to sink them works--good luck!!!

Having just done potty training in the last month with Jackson, I hope it goes well with little Nash! I think because I waited until he was almost three it was actually a pretty easy process. He might have been able to do it earlier but I just wasn't committed- and mommy needs to be committed to make it happen ;)
My two cents: (for what they are worth)
~I have yet to buy any pull-ups and don't plan to ever. I personally don't think you need them.
~Teach him using a regular toilet instead of a little potty. And if he reaches, teach him how to pee standing up instead of sitting down. You will be glad once you start going out into the real world with him that you made it as real-world as possible.
Sorry if I am offering unwanted advice, but I hope it helps!
